PROS : 1.Reception staff (Rashmi & Priyanka )very pleasant and cordial ; helped us to navigate economically through Kolkata 2.Check-in process: fast; no hassles 3.Location-Convenience and ease of staying near the conference venue- “Biswa Bangla Convention Centre”;mainly to visit sites such as Ecco park , Misti Hub ,Nicco Park,Wax museum 4.Shopper Stop and Starbucks located right outside the hotel premises 5. Breakfast spread was quite apt for Marriott standards ; special mention to the trainees in the dining hall, Sourav Nanda & Bipra , who were very attentive and looked after my mother when I was not around 6. View from the room on higher floors 7.Dining /breakfast area staff (Israfil Biswas , Sourav Nanda & Bipra ) -helped to mobilize my breakfast on the go , as everyday the conference I was attending started at 8:00 a.m 8.Room service-prompt delivery of hot and tasty food 9. Rooms were pretty spacious for two occupants ; comfortable beds 10.House keeping staff : Raju and Utpalendu- pleasantly surprised by their kind gesture in getting us an extra stand , without requesting for one , to place our suitcases 11. 24x7 hot water

We had a very comfortable stay...as durga puja was in the hotel itself we could give our pushpanjali and could see the puja completely from saptami to dashmi, the dhakis , the baul songs, the sindoor khela everything was awesome... The best part was the service and the behavior of the hotel staff.. Everything was attended immediately.. Room service was lightening fast.. Food was delicious n very fresh too... And at the last but not least our attending manager Mr. Ishrafil Biswas was very courteous and helpful..he attended us daily and took care of our every small need... Overall it was a great stay and would like to come soon again.. Thanks to the full team for making our puja stay and vacation a grand one..

The food was absolutely fantastic — from breakfast to dinner, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and offered a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The services were exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive. As for the location, it was perfect! Centrally located. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel — the food, room, services, and location are best!

The stay was excellent except for check out. The Hotel agreed to bring the luggage down from 2nd floor to car. Even after dialing 0 for multiple tines from Room No 201, no one reported. Finally me and my family and I arranged shifting the bags to the reception lobby My point is that the hotel should have clarified at the beginning that the same is not in their scope. My departure was delayed by 30 minutes and was lucky enough to get the train as. it was late. Request to improve the services. Otherwise, excellent stay .

I spent two nights at this property with my spouse. The staffs were outstanding. Meghna or Megha was the name of the receptionist, (can't remember exactly) gave us a room with an amazing view of the city. We received excellent service from Mr. Suraj at the restaurant (KAVA). The meals were delicious. The rooms were kept up correctly and were tidy. They have a pool and a gym with ample amount of equipment. All in all, we had a great time staying there.
