The stay was excellent except for check out. The Hotel agreed to bring the luggage down from 2nd floor to car. Even after dialing 0 for multiple tines from Room No 201, no one reported. Finally me and my family and I arranged shifting the bags to the reception lobby My point is that the hotel should have clarified at the beginning that the same is not in their scope. My departure was delayed by 30 minutes and was lucky enough to get the train as. it was late. Request to improve the services. Otherwise, excellent stay .

We had a very comfortable stay...as durga puja was in the hotel itself we could give our pushpanjali and could see the puja completely from saptami to dashmi, the dhakis , the baul songs, the sindoor khela everything was awesome... The best part was the service and the behavior of the hotel staff.. Everything was attended immediately.. Room service was lightening fast.. Food was delicious n very fresh too... And at the last but not least our attending manager Mr. Ishrafil Biswas was very courteous and helpful..he attended us daily and took care of our every small need... Overall it was a great stay and would like to come soon again.. Thanks to the full team for making our puja stay and vacation a grand one..

Comfortable room and bed. Excellent service in the restaurant. Enjoyed the very extensive buffet dinner option. The staff in the restaurant were hard working and very polite. Prices were reasonable too. Helpful door security staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. The food was absolutely fantastic — from breakfast to dinner, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and offered a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The services were exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive. As for the location, it was perfect! Centrally located. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel — the food, room, services, and location are best!

everything was excellent. Mr Rajdeep is so cooperative . He rang up me for feedback. I complain about packed Breakfast which was not upto standard in quantity & not enough. He apologise and compensate by giving something.Chef was very nice person for me because he asking about the recipies. Discussed a lot.

I spent two nights at this property with my spouse. The staffs were outstanding. Meghna or Megha was the name of the receptionist, (can't remember exactly) gave us a room with an amazing view of the city. We received excellent service from Mr. Suraj at the restaurant (KAVA). The meals were delicious. The rooms were kept up correctly and were tidy. They have a pool and a gym with ample amount of equipment. All in all, we had a great time staying there.

Highly impressed with my return stay at Fairfield! This was my second stay at Fairfield Kolkata, and it lived up to the exceptional experience I had previously. The staff continues to be incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. During the breakfast buffet, the head chef even kindly took my nine-month-old daughter around, allowing my wife to relax and enjoy her meal. I would like to recognize Arindam for the engaging conversation, Sourav for his attentive service, and Som for his thoughtful gesture/surprise- that made my day. These personalized touches truly elevate the guest experience. Fairfield consistently delivers excellent value, making it a top choice for my stays in Kolkata. I look forward to returning soon.

I had reached there after a 27 hour journey, but the check in was so smoothly done by Mr Souvik that it really made me feel at home. Among the other staff Mr. Israfil Biswas, Mr. Prakash, Mr. Rishav, Mr Mithun and Ms. Jaya are the ones with whom we interacted and were always made to feel special. We would like to wish these young people all the best in life. Thank you Fairfield.

Som give us a great welcome. Rupak Ghosh (sous chef) and his team did everything they Could to make us feel great. Attention was superb, as well as the installations Special thanks to: Mittun Sourav Babita - restaurant Som - manager Rupak ghosh - sous chef And the hotel manager (sadly we could not retain her name, but we are thankful that she instructed all the personnel to treat us amazing).
